The Retail Experience Lab provides multiple training path in the retail design field, organises and coordinates learning programmes and workshops for students and professionals, masters, tailor-made physical and online courses and seminars.
Design for Fashion Retail: Phygital Retail Experience
The Master, hosted by POLI.Design, consortium of Politecnico di Milano, is designed to train new professional figures able to meet the needs of the fashion system and to face the digital and sustainable retail transformation. The training course provides skills capable of covering a wide range of roles, such as e-Commerce Specialist, Store Manager, In-Store Communication Specialist and Fashion Retail Designer.Â

The free online MOOC, developed within the EU project “DigiMooD”, examines how brand values, sensory qualities of products/services and their communicative, emotional, and relational attributes are translated into different languages and physical and virtual interaction spaces. The MOOC investigates, in particular, the fashion and creative industries, sectors within which products and services acquire their symbolic meaning in retail, being experienced online and offline within an omnichannel landscape.
