Chiara Anceschi is a Fashion Designer with experience in Designing Omnichannel Customer Journeys, graduated in the MSc in Design for the Fashion System. She is currently a Research Fellow at Politecnico di Milano within the PNRR Musa Project, investigating new Service Systems to be applied in Fashion Retailing to trigger Sustainable Innovations.Â
She previously worked at M-Cube, where she assisted in the evolution of an Omnichannel Platform according to Retail customers projects, focusing on UX/UI Designs and on workshops definition.
